These terms apply to all enquiries and bookings for ARC Pyramid, Bengaluru. Last updated: 2026.
ARC Pyramid is owned, managed and operated by Shakthi Hill Resorts Pvt Ltd, Bengaluru, Karnataka. Marketing, enquiry handling, booking coordination and event execution are undertaken by Variety Vintage Technologies Pvt Ltd, operating the brand Plan a Wedding.
Venue rental is determined by Shakthi Hill Resorts Pvt Ltd. All rental amounts are exclusive of GST and other applicable statutory taxes unless expressly stated otherwise. Any revision of venue pricing is at the discretion of Shakthi Hill Resorts Pvt Ltd and applies prospectively; bookings confirmed before the effective date of a revision are honoured at the price applicable at the time of confirmation.
A quotation, enquiry, negotiation, tentative hold or provisional booking does not by itself constitute a confirmed booking. A venue date remains open and may be offered to other prospective clients until 100% of the applicable venue rental and applicable taxes are received. On receipt of full payment, the venue is confirmed and blocked for the agreed date and time slot, and is thereafter honoured for that booking.
Once a booking is confirmed, cancellation by the client does not entitle the client to a cash refund of the venue booking amount, subject to the terms applicable to the booking. Date-change requests are considered subject to availability and applicable conditions; the client does not have an automatic right to demand a particular alternate date.
If the venue cannot be provided for a reason attributable to the venue owner, other than an Act of God or Force Majeure event, 100% of the venue rental received is refunded within seven (7) calendar days of the non-availability being communicated.
The property has 37 cottages / rooms, which may be offered to clients in connection with a venue booking, subject to availability. Accommodation is charged separately and in addition to the venue rental, on an actual basis. Applicable accommodation charges are communicated and confirmed at the time of the relevant booking. Venue rental does not include accommodation charges unless specifically agreed in writing.
Venue slots are defined as follows. A full day booking at ARC Pyramid and at Crazy Park runs from 3:00 PM on the event date to 3:00 PM on the following day — a continuous 24-hour period covering setup, the event and clearing. A morning slot runs from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM and an evening slot from 5:00 PM to 12:00 midnight. A full day booking at Shanmuga Hall runs for 24 hours from the agreed access time on the event date.
Because a full day booking extends past midnight, the venue remains held for that booking until 3:00 PM on the following day, and the morning of that following day is not available for any other booking. The venue is available to other clients from 3:00 PM on that following day.
The client shall vacate the venue, and remove all materials, décor, equipment and personal belongings, by the end of the booked slot. Occupation beyond the booked slot is subject to availability and to additional charges at the applicable rate, communicated and confirmed in writing. Exact access and vacating times for a booking are stated in the quotation and confirmation for that booking, and those stated times prevail.
As a standard operating practice, clients may play music at the venue up to 10:30 PM, subject to applicable laws, permissions, local regulations and directions issued by competent authorities. Any extended music timing is subject to approval from the competent authority.
Post-event cleaning charges are additional to the venue rental and are determined based on the nature and requirements of each event. Applicable cleaning charges are communicated to the client before confirmation of the relevant requirement.
Statutory permissions and licences required for an event may be facilitated or procured directly by the client, depending on the nature and requirements of the event. The client remains responsible for complying with applicable laws, regulations and conditions associated with such permissions.
Event planning, coordination, décor, production and vendor services are arranged and executed by Variety Vintage Technologies Pvt Ltd and are charged separately from the venue rental. All vendors working at the venue must comply with applicable venue rules and operational requirements.
Shakthi Hill Resorts Pvt Ltd is responsible for the venue, property, infrastructure, utilities, maintenance, structural condition, property-level safety and property operations. Variety Vintage Technologies Pvt Ltd is responsible for event planning, coordination and execution undertaken by it, including event-related services, décor, production and vendors appointed or managed by it. Each party remains responsible for acts, omissions or negligence attributable to itself, its employees, representatives, contractors or vendors.
Neither party is liable for failure or delay caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control. Reasonable efforts will be made to reschedule affected events wherever commercially and operationally possible. Double booking, internal scheduling issues, management decisions, administrative errors or operational reasons attributable to the venue owner do not constitute force majeure.
Details submitted through the enquiry form or shared over phone, email or WhatsApp are used only for legitimate business purposes connected with the venue and your event, and are not disclosed to third parties except where required for event execution, with your consent, or as required by applicable law.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are first addressed through good-faith discussion between the parties; subject to arbitration, courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka have jurisdiction.
