Full day
3 PM → next day 3 PM
A continuous 24 hours. Setup, the function and clearing out all sit inside one booking, with no rush on the night.
Morning
9 AM → 3 PM
The muhurtham window, ending as the full-day slot begins.
Evening
5 PM → 12 midnight
Reception timing, with music permitted up to 10:30 PM.
Because a full day runs past midnight, the next morning until 3 PM stays held for your booking — our availability checker shows that morning as unavailable to anyone else, and the venue is open again from 3 PM that day. The property has 37 cottages / rooms, which may be offered to guests in connection with a venue booking, subject to availability. Rooms are not included in the venue rental and are charged separately on an actual basis. Applicable room charges are communicated and confirmed at the time of the relevant booking.
Open until paidYour date stays open and may be offered to others until 100% of the venue rental and applicable taxes are received.
Blocked on paymentOn receipt of 100% rental + taxes, the venue is confirmed and blocked for the agreed date and time slot.
Price protectionAny future price revision applies prospectively — confirmed bookings are honoured at the rate applicable at confirmation.
Venue rental is determined by Shakthi Hill Resorts Pvt Ltd and is exclusive of GST and statutory taxes unless expressly stated otherwise. Please see our Terms & Conditions.
Rate card in force from 1 January 2026. If rates are revised later, a booking already confirmed is honoured at the rate it was confirmed at.
